Avoiding Complications and Improving Outcomes in Orthopaedic Surgery 

This is our eighth annual program.  The symposium has been widely accepted as one of the premiere programs in orthopaedic surgery.  At this year’s symposium, nationally and internationally renowned experts will present leading edge procedural innovations and techniques on topics such as:  Basic principles in treatment of multi-trauma patients, DVT & thromboembolic disease in orthopaedic trauma patients and prevention of pulmonary embolism, treatment of upper extremity injuries, shoulder arthroplasty, rotator cuff injuries, shoulder instability, post trauma & treatment options of complex fractures around the hip, femur, knee, tibia, ankle and foot; periprosthetic fractures after total joint arthroplasty, treatment of infections after total arthroplasty and updates on minimally invasive hip and knee replacement surgery.
